2. Cell Sourcing & Grading

- Cell capacity, voltage, and internal resistance sorting for optimal pack balance
- Full traceability with batch-level documentation
3. Pack Assembly & Busbar Integration
- Precision busbar welding (laser / ultrasonic) or bolted connections
- High-current copper / aluminum busbar fabrication
- Insulation, potting, and strain-relief solutions for vibration resistance
- In-process quality checks at every assembly stage
4. BMS Integration & System Wiring
- Selection and integration of smart BMS (passive / active balancing, CAN / RS485 / Bluetooth)
- Pre-charge circuits, contactors, fuses, and DC breakers
- Custom wiring harnesses, connectors (Anderson, MC4, IP67 plugs, etc.)
5. Enclosure & Finishing
