Order Processing
At our fulfillment center in DongGuan, we believe in treating every order with the utmost care and attention it deserves. As such, we process all orders in the sequence they were received. Typically, orders are processed within the same business days from Monday to Friday. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your package is on the way. Please keep in mind that tracking information may take 1-3 days to be updated by the carrier. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email with tracking information, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
If you choose Standard Shipping, your order may ship via Post EMS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL and typically arrives within 2–9 business days:
- Korea and Japan 2-3 Days
- Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia 3-5 Days
- Middle East 5-7 Days
- EU Countries 5-7 Days
- USA & Canada 5-7 Days
- Rest of the world 7-9 Days

Delivery times can vary depending on border processing and other factors, so we can’t guarantee an exact arrival date—but we’ll make sure it gets to you as smoothly as possible. Just keep in mind that any customs duties or fees that may apply will be your responsibility at the time of delivery.
Free Shipping
- Enjoy free standard shipping on retail orders of $200 USD or more—available within the contiguous 48 United States.
- Orders over 30kgs qualify for free shipping (we’ll include LTL freight as part of our rate check to find the best option). Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available at an added cost.
- We pack and ship orders the next business day. For example, if you order on Tuesday before 11:59 PM, your items will ship Wednesday afternoon.
Sea Shipping
We’ll help you arrange sea shipping for your large goods (>50 kg)—just contact us.
Our Sea Freight service provides door-to-door delivery for large items. Shipments are transported in containers via major ocean carriers (such as Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, and Hapag-Lloyd) and include local customs clearance and final truck delivery. The typical total transit time is 4–8 weeks.
